I was looking for a grey bag and this one is perfect. I usually am not a BM fan, b/c some of his bags get too frilly for my taste. But this one is simple and of course has his signature lining. The size is perfect- I would say it is on the larger size- lots of items fit.
The leather is a very soft buttery- almost feels like suede. I did get some water spots on my bag and they rubbed out and now you can't see them.
I would def get this if they had it in other colors that I liked.
Good bag and great value!!

I have a black BM bag which I love for fall/winter. I've been looking for a classic neutral hobo for spring/summer. Tried a couple from another of my favorites sold here but they were just too stiff to be comfortable. Got this bag in nutmeg and I couldn't be happier. As always the leather is just fabulous, color is spot on to go with everything spring/summer. I know I'll be enjoying it for years! Thanks, Bruce!

Love the dark gray! Nice soft leather, not too blingy. This bag has plenty of room for every day use and travel too. I'm not a big bag fan and this is just the right size.

I got this bag in the hibiscus pink...it is lovely...I hope to see it come in other colors...would order another if in black...I think the woven details on the handle are quite nice also...Good handle drop...

There is nothing wrong with this bag; in fact, it's quite nice. The leather is extraordinarily soft -- remarkably so -- with a feel like genuine chamois, almost sueded. This comment is by comparison to the other B. Makowsky bags I already own, not other lines at QVC. This exquisite softness of the leather and the color (lovely Hibiscus Pink) were ALMOST enough to persuade me to keep this bag. But, when all is said and done, it's a little safe and boring for my personal taste. Although the chevron braiding is nice on the sides, it's a small detail that doesn't really elevate this bag from the simplest hobo style. Also, the front slit pocket is rather small, only a third of the width of the bag. I'm still frugal enough to need to know a bag will really suit me if I am going to pay over $200 for it. However, if you have been looking for a mid-sized B. Makowsky bag with an open center compartment, and no fancy details, this one's for you!
