Love the Lemon
I was looking for a yellow bag this year & knew that this was it as soon as I saw it! It is the perfect shade of bright yellow, not pale. It adds just the right pop of color & goes with everything. It has plenty of room. I took it on a field trip with my students & had everything I needed for 12hrs. Hands free, light-weight, the zipper works easily. Great purchase!

Adorable Hands free Bag!
I ordered this bad in the Peony color. I love the color & of course love the softness of the leather. I own quite a few B. Makowsky bags that are larger sizes. This is my 1st crossbody bag. I purchased it because of the size & then design.
I wish the inside zip compartment was deeper, and attached to the bottom of the bag so it separated each side so the contents on either side will not mix together. I wish there was a smaller pocket inside the bag on one side for a cell phone as an alternative to using the outside pocket.
Except for those few things I like the bag.
It is stylish, great color, wonderful leather, lightweight & will not be bulky or heavy against the body. Will be great for when vising the zoo, museums & etc. Hands free to take photos which ia great!

Cute bag, but don't like the wrap around zipper.
I got the caramel and it is a super cute bag, but I have some problems with it. First is the wrap around zipper. I tend to put several things in a small crossbody, and like a top zipper. Having a zipper that starts at one side and goes over the top and down the other side is frankly a big pain. Who wants to have to unzip one whole side before they can begin to unzip the top? Things can fall out, and probably will. I don't like it at all. I also don't like how they promoted that this had a middle zip compartment inside the bad. This middle zip compart is only about a couple of inches or so deep. Sort of like a small change purse in the middle of your bag, but not a whole compartment, and it is awkward with the bag because it is small and also because it 'isn't' a whole zip compartment, you DON'T have multi compartments in the bag. You have one compartment bag where everything mixes together, and a small zip compartment at the top that makes getting to your things more difficult. I wanted to like this, and I don't hate it, but I'm not going to keep it either. Despite the cuteness factor which it definitely has, it is a pain to use and really 'can't' in my opinion be used in the way they made it seem like it could be used in the demo as it doesn't have a seperate zip compartment in the bag. For this price, I needed it to be better and if it had been as I expected it to be, I'm sure I would have loved it.

Very cute / love the silver on hardware
If you checked out the measurements one could tell this is a smaller bag and subsequently this would be why you would buy; The smallness makes it so cute and silver hardware is great and love the silver - I know you do not have to be matchy-matchy like if you wear silver jewelry you could carry a gold tone or brass hardware bag but I like my look to match. I have other silver Bruce bags that I love that are larger. You have to buy to fit occasion - nice bag for church / nice bag for going out at night because of size too. Also for travel it fits perfectly in larger bag so you have the smaller more stylish bag for lunch or dinner out or dancing at night too. Colors are very spring and nice Easter outfit or Palm Sunday type bag also. Good for teens and younger children too!

Love This Little Bag
I love the smaller cross body bags. Strap could be a little longer and I would like the center zipper to go all the way to the bag bottom. I don't like the larger bags so keep making these smaller cross body bags. I buy everyone you make!

Citrus Orange is the Sweetest color
Love this new bag! Glad I purchased before the spring colors were gone. Citrus is the sweetest, softest orange--will easily go with any spring colors--green, pink, navy, lavender...all of them. It's amazing how much this small bag will hold. I got my sunglass case, blush and lipstick, mirror, mints, Iphone and my ids/credit cards in with room to spare. Only downside to this bag is the strap length. When worn over my shoulder, the purse is at my natural waist, not my hip. It's a bit shorter than I'd like (I'm a 'fluffy grandmotherly body type') but I love the bag too much to return it. I'll simply use as a shoulder bag. Thanks Bruce...another winner! (It's about my 8th or 9th BMakowsky bag.)

Love this little bag!!!
For a small bag, it is REALLY functional. The turn lock front pocket allows me to carry credit and store cards in the front for easy access; the cell phone pocket in the back is great; and the inside is much roomier than it appears. I carry a calendar, check book and register, Lee Sands kisslock change purse for cash; lipsticks, etc. I loved it so much I got it in 3 colors - all are gorgeous. Please keep making these small, but functional bags!!!!!!!

Cute but to small
I loved the bag . It was very cute and I loved the fact that it opened all the way up making it easy to find everything. Wish the front pocket was deeper as well as the phone pocket in the back. The new smart phones are longer. I am 5ft. 1in. and it was a perfect length for me. I only wish he would make the same bag a little larger. The leather was very soft, the sand color was perfect but I had to return it as it was just way to small even for a mini cross body. I love my BMack's and am still waiting for a perfect cross body bag in taupe

Not terrific but think I'll keep anyway
I got this in white for summer. One reason I went with it is because it's smaller in size and because it has SILVER hardware, which is far too difficult to find. The shoulder strap, as with most BM bags, is too darned short. I think the strap looks cheap, it's narrow and is all crinkled up and wrinkled up, hopefully as the bag hangs by the strap it will straighten out and look better. If I could easily find another white crossbody bag with silver hardware I would send this back. I have half a mind to because I do believe it's significantly over-priced for the size/quality/etc... but I also need a white bag and don't want to keep looking. I can't fully recommend this bag at all, but only with strong reservations.

Cute but...
love the bag but why is the strap so short. I'm only 5'8" and it comes to my waist on the longest notch. Sorry to have to once again send a Bruce bag back because of the strap.

PERFECT!
I have recently started looking for smaller crossbody bags because I am just getting tired of lugging around the big bags. This is one of the "perfect" bags. Great strap length, easy access, nice size...perfect for all my needs. Keys, wallet, sunglasses, iphone, kleenex all fit in easily without the weight or bulk. Lots of colors, but I got the white for summer and may go back for another one or two.

not up as nice as many of his other bags
This bag is a disapointment. The leather looks cheap. The bag is very small. The strap is too short for my liking as a crossbody bag. I bought the green. The color is OK, but not what I expected. It's kind of grass green.
