Authentic Gourmet (48) French Made Butter Croissants
Very Poor Packaging
I would expect this kind of an item to be packed in a box. They were all in a bag. With some stuck together. They are prone to breaking with them all tossed in a bag. Very disappointed
These are the best EVER! Remember when you place these pucks on the cookie sheet to leave enough room between them because they more then double in size. Follow the directions and enjoy.
The packaging needs to improve. They freeze together making it difficult to separate to bake in smaller batches. New customer should immediately repackage. For first time users it is important to bake as recommended and not open the oven so they don't fall. Very good.
LOVE at first bite,...don't know if I'll buy them again,..we can stop eating them,..and I'm suppose to eat gluten free. Yikes!!!
I have had my few share of Croissants but these are hands down the winner. My grandmother makes Croissants occasionally and I love them but when I tried these.. I couldn't eat my grandmothers the same anymore. They are very different from any Croissants you can try and I suggest you try some for yourself. The taste is a blast of wonderful flavor and wish I can show my grandma but.. I'd probably get a smack to the head haha.
These are out of this world!! Instantly transported to Paris..can be served many ways. I like with Sarabeths preserves the best or chocolate of course. No need for butter because they are so buttery. Love them Definitely something special would be highlight of a holiday brunch as well Get 2 bags you will love them
Delicious--coming back for more--BUT...
would love to get them in a seal-tight zipper bag to keep them longer in the freezer.
These need 10 stars!
I love, love, love these croissants. I just ordered my 3rd shipment since this time last year. I bake mine in a toaster oven and they are wonderful, I have never found a store bought croissant that comes close to these. They are flakey, moist, buttery, and the smell of them when baking makes your mouth water.
Buy them if you are in doubt. They are worth every calorie (which I watch daily) but well worth the "cheat".
Big & Yummy!
I have made these twice. The first time I made them to the instructions and they did not turn out well at all. Had to put them back in the oven 2 times to bake more and they flattened real quick. 2nd time I did not use parchment paper and put them in for 30 minutes and they turned out fantastic. Crisp, big, fluffly and yummy!
These are the best. I use to buy them in the bakery dept. in a grocery store. Forget it they DO NOT compare to the fresh home made butter croissants..The best I ever tasted. Now I'm on auto delivery
Was hesitant at first to try these butter croissants, but since the Strawberry was huge and fantastic, I gave in. Someone mentioned they received larger butter croissants on a previous order and received smaller ones on their last order. Yes, like I said, I was hesitant. I think the review mentioning these being smaller actually ordered the mini butter croissants. These were huge. I baked mine in my Nuwave for 19 minutes and they were wonderful. I did notice that the Nuwave under-bakes on one side so I risked removing the top and rearranging the croissants quickly then replaced the top and set for another two minutes; however, I watched closely and when the under-browned croissants got the perfect color, I canceled the timing of my Nuwave, so I cannot tell you how long I actually baked them for. They did not flatten or lose the huge puffiness and were done perfectly. I love these butter croissants. In fact, writing this review is about to sabotage my willpower and diet. I must be strong. :) Not! Off to the kitchen . . .
Totally Worth It
We always have these in our freezer. They're great for special treat weekends. Try them with Nutella...YUM!
