Fourth time that we have ordered these and will continue to order!!! Better than anything that we can get in a store or bakery!!!

I've had these before and they've been outstanding. This time, they arrived still very cold and seemingly well frozen and I threw them straight in to my freezer. When I went to use some, each bag(of 25) was frozen together in blocks. I had to chisel them apart to refreeze in bags of 5. Some corners were broken off in the process and some were just broken. While the flavor was good, It was disappointing that somewhere along the line, they had to have defrosted enough to stick together.

I've ordered these in the past and loved them. This order, however, was a hot mess. I don't know if it was because when the shipment came the dry ice was gone and the product had actually thawed a little....but I follow the instructions to a T and they go FLAT after they are cooked. I won't order these ever again. They are too expensive to have a roll the shape of a pancake! Terrible.

I have had these delicious croissants on auto delivery for years. The last two shipments arrived with all the croissants frozen together in a big dough ball, even though the dry ice was still viable in the Styrofoam box. This led me to the conclusion that the croissants themselves were thawing out prior to packing. They are still delicious but I had to partially thaw the entire contents in order to pry apart servings of two (still stuck together - takes another 5 minutes in the oven.) Then the the new servings had to be frozen individually before repackaging in zip lock bags, so they would not stick together.
Quality control needs to extend to packing and shipping, especially in the Summertime!
