not a good fit Nothing wrong with the "as is" label; these just did not fit me well. The sizing on the waist was correct, but then the "leg" part had alot of sagging material. I was expecting it to be more fitted. Disappointed, because the price was great! 06-10-12

Picture does not reflect actual fit I gave the pants a 3, because they are pretty nice, but they are not made the way the photo shows. I was looking for capri pants that are more fitted on the bottom; however these are flared at the bottom like a bell bottom. I was surprized that they were not more fitted to my calf, because I have large calves. It could be because I am petite (slightly under 5'3") and they fall to the lower part of my calf. I have decided not to send them back and plan to alter them by tapering them at the calf. They are not baggy on the upper part of my legs, and I like that. I am slightly overweight for my height (size 12) and I like a more fitted look rather the looser fitting Capri or crop pants, because I think it is more flattering and slimming to my shape. 05-31-12

I want more!!! These capris fit perfectly, I sized up after reading some of the reviews and I just love these. Can't understand why they were discontinued . . . 05-30-12

fantastic fit I was a little sceptical after reading some reviews, and also because they were "as is" but after I received them I was really impressed, bought the cobalt blue in my normal size and they are fantastic. I came right back and bought the indigo, hope they fit just the same. If they had more colors in my size I would buy more and more. 05-18-12
