Love this boot! I have never had a boot that is this comfortable and stylish. I wish I would have gotten them in one more color. They look great with the trim up showing all suede as well as shown. When you live in a Northern state and it gets very cold you need a warm and comfortable boot. I hope they bring this boot back. 03-30-12
To Small/Exchange was worn/used! I ordered 2 pairs each for my daughter & I, I luv Clacks they have all been true to fit, except these 4 pairs, they were new & not worn, just not true to size like Clark is known for these boots ran a size small for both of us, and they were so Pretty. So I sent them all back & yes I believe I had to pay all 4, S/H again...But I really wanted a Gray Pair, so I ordered up a Size in Gray & they arrived looking like some one had wore them for a month, back they went!!! To the woman who also received a pair that looked or was worn & scuffed up, call QVC Customers Service.. Qvc has the best Customer Service in America, I truly believe this!! I have received mainly cloths on Clearance or off the rack, and had to send back a few, Qvc Refunded my Shipping & Handling. I have learned with Cloths that to buy NEW Items & read Reviews, or at least I'm getting better at reading them, its hard when you think something you want at 3 am might sell out, to read reviews :) Please Call QVC They are Great, Really! Good Luck! PS. I own all 3 boots rec., & had to size up in the Toggle Boots, so did my daughter, we have wide feet! The Clarks I listed I ordered true to size & they fit perfect! 03-11-12
Extremely disappointed I hate having to give a bad review. I have been actively buying from QVC for about six months now and must say this is the first time I have been truly disappointed. I took a chance on this "as is" product and knew it might not be perfect. The design of the boot was actually comfortable, but it was soooo funky, skuzy, scuffed and just plain worn looking I couldn't believe anyone would consider selling it, even for $40.00. Honestly, I would not have bought something in this condition at any store for $10.00. It is not sale-able, and I resent having had to pay the shipping on it. Please don't try to re-sell this one when it comes back to you, QVC. Donate it to a women's shelter. 03-09-12
Medium Girls Take Note I have had these since fall and they are water resistant and cozy, but too narrow. I thought I could make them stretch with thick socks, but finally had to buy a professional shoe stretcher. Clarks seem to run narrow, for a true medium, in their boots. Love the style, but not the tight fit. I don't wear a wide in any other shoe or boot, so was a bit disappointed and will not likely purchase Clark boots again because of this experience. 02-02-12
Perfect!! Could not be any happier! There is absolutely nothing wrong with these shoes. I ordered these in grey when they were the TSV and loved them then, then I saw them as " as is" for $29.00 less, and in blue and in my size I knew I had to get them.. So happy I did. Don't wait!!
