Worst Ever!!! I have had my tablet for almost a year and I barely use it and I go to use it for a trip and it doesn't cut on. So I plug it up and it does nothing and the company don't won't to look at it.. Please don't buy the product... 01-03-13

Poor Product-Upside Good Customer Service This product is an extremely poor product. The hassle of this tablet isn't worth the price at all. I was quite disappointment because I have several android phones that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE. This product definitely did not meet the standards in the least. It doesn't stay charged. It freezes quite often. I can barely get it to turn on and when I do, I have to reset it ALL the time. When I can get an app to work it shuts down or I get buffering signal. I don't even have very many apps on it, a total of 11. I even made sure they were not running "behind the scenes". I know some apps like Pandora or Facebook use a ton of memory but I don't have these apps on there. I added a 16G external chip thinking that may help, but no luck. I upgraded my High Speed internet but I don't really need my tablet at home, that's what my laptop is for, and it didnt help anyway. Any place I did try to use it, the internet signal was strong but it still would'nt work. My suggestion don't waste your money on this product. This product is a HUGE disappointment. I must say though, there definitely is a silver lining. Even though I purchased my item over 5 months ago. I spoke with Customer Service and they were EXTREMELY helpful and very nice. I explained what was going on and they were more than willing to accept the return and give me a merchandise credit or return it on my Credit Card. The only thing they would not refund was the shipping. Which was completely understandable being that I was outside the 30 day return policy. I am not a huge fan of Apple but I must say, the Ipad2 is much better in comparison. Now that Apple has introduced the Ipad3 the cost for the Ipad2 is quite a bit less and works so much better. It sounds like these tablets are hit or miss. Either you love it or hate it, it works great or doesnt work at all. It's not worth my time to try another one. I will just go ahead and exchange it for the Ipad2 from QVC. 07-22-12

Don't spend your money I purchased mine 2 months ago and now I am needing to send it for repair. It is not worth the money. It appears that I will have to send it to a third party repair. Archos will not repair an item bought through QVC. I am throughly disappointed in this product. Be warned. For the first month it was great but my opinion is I which I had not wasted my money. 04-14-12

You'll LOVE it... Absolutely love this! Does everything asked. Play with it. Find it's personality. Be patient and you'll find a real gem! Connects nicely to wifi, stays connected well. Even received update for OS! For the money, feel I got more than my money's worth. It's a tool, a toy, and entertainment. Try it, you'll like it... 04-08-12

Very good buy this is a very nice tablet,its fast to the touch and the it has a very clear veiw,i just wish the battery would last a lil longer,but overall im pleased 03-31-12
