Apple Macbook Air 13" Bundle w/ Accessories Neoprene Sleeve & WirelessMouse is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sadness in Mudville! Really 2.5 stars because it's not a bad laptop; just not powerful enough for me and missing accessories that were advertised. I so wanted to love this laptop. I have an ipad MIni 2 that is wonderful. My first computer was an Apple and it was great for years. If you just need a laptop for email and surfing, this is probably fine if you want to spend that much money for a basic laptop. But I am used to a 2K Dell touchscreen and i7 processor and do a lot of photo editng and writing and this laptop just isn't up to the job. Screen quality is so disappointing. In addition, the subcontractor who packed up these orders for QVC sent accessories for an iPad tablet rather that the mouse and USB hub etc that was advertised. I called QVC twice about the missing items and they were investigating and did not know when or if there woud be replacements. I'm pretty techy but needed some help with changing from Windows to Apple OS and spent 3 sessions on phone with Apple techs. They were GREAT!!!!! It's 2 weeks later and I've returned it today. So I guess I'll stick with my Dell laptop, iPad Mini and save some money and maybe next time look at a Macbook Pro or something similar and compare with another Dell. FYI: MY Dell laptops and desktops have always been long-lived and high quality for the price WITH an Intel processor.. I've also owned Toshiba and Lenovo, but keep going back to Dell.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Missing wireless mouse I am curious if I am the only one missing the wireless mouse? Its a long story, I have been on phone several times trying to get one set out to me ..Each person in customer service has given me a different story. Per my conversation yesterday 7-10 I may get one in apprx. 10 days.. Another customer service gal told me it probably is not a Apple mouse , a replacement brand. I am not sure if that was ever mentioned in the presentation. Needless to say I am very disappointed, I also have No way of tracking replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Notebook! A+ MAC Apple products can be expensive as we know, but I paid 1/2 the price for this MAC Air than I did for my MAC Pro. I see zero differences in general function. Does'nt hve the track pad or Retina display but unless you are using this for CAD or some major video/graphics then no need. Its super fast, light as a feather and perfect for a student or business/home. What made it even better was QVC and their excellent customer service! We usually shop HSN, but happened to see this -$100.00 less on QVC. I even used easy pay and let me say-from the finance department to general customer service; QVC has some of the nicest, friendliest and professional people working for them. That alone sold me. Great product, lower price, easy payments, and excellent customer care. Extremely satisfied!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kinda disappointed! Thought I Caught a special deal on this Mac with the accessory package only $200 over the original price for the newest version advertised at Apple. Felt it was worth paying for, however, I received the mac book air, turned out was early 2015, now paid over $400. For the accessory's package. I only received accessories for an iPad & not the package advertised for the Mac book air (Wireless mouse, mousepad, four-port USB hub, and 6'L USB extension cable). Chatted with a rep and was told the package "might" be delivered by June 30th. Keeping my fingers crossed and planning a request for reimbursement of the package. $400.00, for the extras that were replaced by a $25.00, iPad accessory box I can't use. No bueno! Although, the earliest model, very happy with my newly updated Mac Air, just wish I got everything I'm paying for!!!!
