Anolon Nouvelle Copper Skillets-Twin Pack is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beats more expensive cookware handily I've owned these two pans for at least 6 years - I can't remember when I originally bought them, but it was before I moved to CT 5 years ago. I also purchased a few pans from a Swiss manufacturer, which sells high priced, top quality cookware. The Anolon pans HANDILY trounces the Swiss-made pans. And keep in mind - my Anolon pans are over 6 years old. FYI - I cook on an induction cooktop. What I can tell you about the Anolon pans... extremely durable. The nonstick has no come off anywhere, no place, no how. And it's tough - I've yet to scratch them. The base is a little tough to clean (get yourself a Scotch-brite pad) but otherwise, the pans are easy to clean. The Anolon pans heat up & to the desired temp very quickly. They cook food wonderfully & the nonstick surface does its job. Handle stays cool, love the recessed & covered rivets - no food/sauce to get caught in exposed rivets! The Anolon pans are well-balanced, with perfectly shaped handles. I cook often & oftentimes have numerous pans on the stove at once. I can easily lift & toss cooking food in the Analon pans, all the way up to their 12" skillet. They're not "lightweight" but they're also not ridiculously heavy. I can get a multi-pan meal done quickly & easily in the Anolon pans. Compared to Swiss-made non-stick induction pans I own (and regret purchasing) the Anolon pans make me wonder why I bought the Swiss pans in the first place. Dare I say... they make me regret the purchase. While I still use them, I just should have bought more Anolon pans. I'd have spent less & would have better-functioning pans. The most obvious Analon advantage is in the speed to heat up & cook food. And I don't mean "cook on high" - any temp, the Anolon's perform better, period. Anolon's copper core & pan construction works as advertised. There really is no reason to buy any other brand. I've used many brands at this point in my life. Anolon is the best blend of price, performance, durability & usability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome These are awesome. The inside is super easy to clean, but there is significant baked on crud built on the bottom side. Probably my fault for being messy. I've used them with a normal electric stove so far, but am about to buy the rest of the collection for use on my new induction stove. Oh, and until I read some other reviews, I didn't realize they weren't dishwasher safe. That said, I've put them in the dishwasher hundreds of times, and have absolutely no plans to quit doing it.
