Didn't work I bought this for our boys upstairs bedroom. I took a gamble with this one because there were not any reviews on it yet. It was shipped fast (about a week). We got it hooked up, which took adding a few new screw holes into our window because it didn't fit quite right, plugged it in and all that would come on is the fan. We tried everything we could think of and never got the compressor to kick on. So I first I called the manufactures number to see if there was any addition troubleshooting we could try and I was told that it probably had been damaged in shipping and to call QVC to return it. So I did and QVC wad great. I sent it back and got a refund. We didn't try our luck again with any of these products. We just got a window unit. 09-04-11
