So I bought my first one here, stopped working in less than 2 weeks... still owed 3 payments. Contacted Amazon thru 3 calls, 3 different helpers, no help. Amazon sent me a new one, it stopped working within 2 weeks too. Every couple weeks it comes on for 30 to 45 minutes, then stops again. All I can do is reboot and reboot, even changed all wires and batteries. Piece of junk...waste of money.

This is a great item that unfortunately stopped working while I was still paying for it. Called QVC's wonderful customer service and they allowed me to return for a full refund. Thank you again!

I feel as if I have been "had". This device stopped working last week after I had it for 2months. I am so sad. It powers on, but remote won't sync to it anymore. I can't speak into it or even use my tablet as my remote. I am devastated as I am still making payments on this item. Yes, I changed the batteries and unplugged it...nothing! I feel like I bought an item from a pawnshop or something and not a reputable company like QVC. This item should not just STOP working. I am just stuck!

The Fire TV has an easy set up and the system is easy to navigate. I haven't had any trouble with this. I did join Amazon Prime TV/Video and I really enjoy it.

Once I received it (arrived 6 days after its estimated delivery date) it took just minutes to set up and begin using. I use it with WiFi. It works perfectly and the quality is excellent. No freezes or any other problems. Glad I bought this.

Tried it for a couple of days first when you get say channel 2 you don't get the newest shows then you have to pay 6.99 for the season for shows I've already seen on cable. Second if I got rid of cable it would cost 49 for Internet 11 Amazon prime and 10 or fifteen for Hulu for 2 tvs that would the same I pay for cable but I get much more with cable. Sorry I have to return it not worth it.

Whenever I selected favorite programs or channels, I could not find a section to store those favorites in. I had to go back and look at recent selections, including channels I had previously selected. I love Amazon prime, but this box is not ready for primetime...and for now I will be forced to stick with roku. Disappointment since I loved the selection of games and programs.

After a week the Alexa stop giving me weather forecast.I called amazon they told me to do a factory default and it still didn't work. If you want to watch most movies there are options to rent ,buy, or pay membership. Some you need cable or satellite service. But i'll keep it because i like to play deer hunting game that's after i buy a 49.95 game controller.
