Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great I have been wanting this top can from America's Test Kitchen for some time and I'm not disappointed. Feeling healthier knowing I'm using the proper pan for higher heats instead of my old nonstick pans. Change for the good!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love a 12" Fry Pan Thought this 12" fry pan was very nice. The only thing I didn't like is it was not deep enough. I have other fry pans that are much deeper then this one and was disappointed. I sent this back I just wasn't satisfied!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this pan! This pan, like all the other All-Clad pans I own not only looks beautiful, but heats quickly, evenly and consistently. No hot spots, no burning. I just can't have enough All-Clads

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WHAT CAN I SAY....IT'S ALL CLAD Bought this to replace a 12" SS pan in another brand I've had for quite a while that is not induction compatible. I have 10 pieces of All Clad stainless (not counting lids) hanging from a pot rack. Everyone notices the collection. This is legacy cookware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would recommend to anyone. I cook almost any thing in the skillet I have. It stuck food until I learned how to use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Discoloring I love All-Clad. I just wanted to say that stainless steel cookware often appears to stain when first used. I am referring to the blue/gray like "clouds" that appear on the metal., they go away with use. Turn down the heat a bit as these pans have excellent heat conduction. I don't have this size pan but have smaller fry pans. This is my next cookware purchase. Since I started buying quality cookware, I only purchase an item every few years as my cookware now serves my needs. The two quart sauce pot is my all time favorite. It is tall so it serves me for when I need a one quart (I don't need a one quart because of this pot). I seriously burnt food in this pot because it was left on the stove. It was black and I thought it was ruined. I scrubbed it clean with "barkeepers friend" and you would never know what I did to this pan!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from don't buy I just found my receipt for the frypan with lid when i was sorting papers. I hate it, it has been relegated to the back of my cupboard and only used in dire emergencies. Everything sticks and I mean everything! The sticking is bad enough but then it comes time to clean it, even with a soak it doesnt come off easily, you have to scrape and scour, use creams, etc and its still not properly clean. Life's to short to spend time with this waste of money and it wasn't cheap either $100. I see others have had the same problem so what up with this pan? Very disappointed as I got it after my sister recommended stainless pans for their ease of cleaning. She lives in the UK so maybe they're different there. Not the same make either maybe thats where i went wrong!
