I needed more basic recipes. I am in Iowa and a simple cook. I am keeping the book. My family doesn't eat wings, and there are way to many wings recipes.

So happy to have this cookbook. Not only do I feel equipped to prepare a delicious meal in my air fryer, but I feel like my value has quadrupled since I know how to get more use out of the air fryer. Thank you, Meredith, for being the consummate teacher!

I read the entire book when I received it. I was amazed at the great choice of recipes, things for which I have ingredients, or tips for sub. Ie. apple juice instead of wine. Love the tips for execution, ie. using chopsticks to determine how far down you slice the potatoes. Last night, I used the airfryer to keep taco shells warm until ready to stuff. Would not have thought to do that until I saw how truly versatile the unit is. Steak is next. Thank you, Meredith.

Justed received. Started reading and have learned alot. Picked out alot of recipes to try. Will make the blooming onion first. So excited to see the recipe didnt know that i could make it in air fryer.

Congratulations, Meredith! You have produced the best cookbook (and I have seen quite a few) out there. I bought the air fryer you demo'd when it was the TSV. Up until I saw your presentation, I though it was just another gimmick. Your enthusiasm AND your explanation sold me. Many of my friends have bought air fryers since I was able to explain why they needed it. Plus, you were right, I produces an amazing steak! As a recently retired RN, I have seen more than my share of cardiovascular disease in younger and younger patients. Anything we can do to cut the fat without sacrificing flavor works for me. I would love to see it in every home in America. Again, great job!

I have made several recipes and with her comment "fry everything" I tried blueberry burritos. A favorite at one of my restaurants. Just filled a tortilla with frozen blueberry,sprinkle splenda then roll up tortilla and spray both sides with oil. About 6 minutes later flip and also top with powder sugar. then another 2 minutes. Nice and brown turn out on plate and top with ice cream- Everything is easy with this fryer. Hope they come out with a bigger air fryer or I will have to buy a 2nd one...It is so nice to have fried foods without the oil. The beer battered onion rings also a great recipe. Wings awesome!

Meredith always writes great books. She gives us so much valuable information, even beyond her always-delicious recipes. Everyone who owns an air fryer NEEDS this book!

Meredith did a Great Job putting this book together. One would think when you purchased a product you would get some BASIC recipes to try, not specialty recipes! This book fills that need and then some. Once one gets acquainted with the appliance, then we can move on to "fun" recipes. We are anxious to try the Bloomin Onion. There are other books on the market, but I feel Meredith delivers what she set out to do and what we need. Thank You Meredith
