F244123 - AeroPilates Performer 295
great for bad back
I was in a car accident almost three years ago. I have had neck surgery and face
back surgery This machine is comfortable for me as it doesn't stress my back.
In the past year and half I have lost 95 pounds (in an effort to help my back ) and while I have alot of loose skin this
pilates machine has helped firm things up without making my back worse.
It's saving my life
I was taking a Pilates class several years ago and really loved it because it did not strain my back and made me stronger, but I could no longer afford the steep price and so I stopped. When this was first shown on QVC, I jumped at the chance to have a machine at home, but after putting it together and using it for a while, I kept making excuses not to use it. I went to the doctor recently and now that I'm 61 she began to chastise me for how little attention I was paying to fitness and then the HDL results returned at a dismal number. Now, I'm on it every day. I use the poster with the 34 exercises that came with it to strengthen and move every part of my body and it takes about an hour to run through them all. TIme well spent! My body is toning, I look thinner, feel more energetic and I feel happier.
I have not had one problem with the quality of this machine and recently purchased the base to make it a bit higher. Do not hesitate to buy this. It's a steal!
I love the Pilates machine, but felt I had to right a review on this equipment. I have expeienced replacing rollers and had the bungee cord for the trampoline matt break in less than three month. I work out an average of three to four times and did not think these parts would wear out this quickly. Luckly there is a 90 day warranty. I am wishing maybe I should of purchased the upgrade. I hope they will make the necessary adjustments and improve this product.
