Excellent
Love this combination DVD. Needed a break from the pure cardio DVD (too boring) and the level 3 pure pilates (tough). This definitely is fun and something to strive for. Wish there were more higher level DVD s for these machines as I love it!

Great Addition to My Aero Pilates Library
I had been switching between the videos that came with my machine :pure pilates & pure cardio. I was getting a bit bored, and needed to mix it up. I was a little nervous to skip level 2 integrated workout, but it was out of stock, so I had no choice. I have really been enjoying the challenge. There are definately some parts that I'm not able to do so effortlessly, but it gives me something to work towards. It is a great addition to the other 2 DVD's. If you are thinking about it, but not sure, just go for it!! It will get your heart rate up & help you burn calories while building long & lean muscle.
Note: When switching between rebounder and footbar don't take the time to screw the pegs in. You don't really need to & it takes too much time. Enjoy!! :)

Raises the Pilates bar
Ordered this video as a step up from the level 1 & 2 integrated workouts. It definitely raises the bar during the leg series and uses a kneeling position for the arm work which requires more core strength. I found the plank exercises to be difficult to the point of needing to stop and add a cord for more resistance stability. This will give me something to strive for over the next several weeks. I don't waste time securing the bar or rebounder with screws when switching, I just keep them within arms length and therefore can keep up with the video. I also don't put the straps back on to the foam pads but place them on the floor where they are easy to snag. Glad I purchased this video as a step up from level 2.

Nice workout
I just ran through this today and enjoyed it. There is not much time for transition from rebounder to foot bar, etc., but I have found this on other DVDs by this company, so I have learned just to keep the remote handy and hit pause. During the 2 minute rebounder sessions I found myself relaxing and just going with the movement, not thinking about the time until Marjolein was heading onto setting the footbar in place. A little more warning would be nice, but it is what it is and I can live with it. My limbs and various muscles felt nicely energized once this was over.

Just OK
There are not a lot of workouts on the market for pilates machines. This one lacks music to keep up your interest. Even something light and relaxing would help. Also, it would be nice if there were a timer on screen in some form during those 2 min cardio portions. Marjolean does not give enough time in between exercises to change positions, as well (doesn't appear to be taped in real-time). Finally, this really lacks a good cooldown. The DVD just sort of stops after the bar-runs. I was confused. Overall I did find myself a bit sweaty at the end and my inner thighs definately hurt later that day.
