Love AeroPilates
I have an older AeroPilates and would love to have a DVD of the originial tape that came with my pilates machine. Love this workout.

I like except...
This is ok but I have the old Pilates w/o the rebounder and wish the VHS tape that came with my Pilates was available on DVD. Another solution would to be to offer just the rebounder to buy .

I agree, older machine owners need help
I am able to use this DVD on my older machine, but I too would like the original tape/DVD or be able to add a rebounder to my older machine.

Great Workout
I love this workout. It's not overly long so it's very easy to fit into your daily schedule. I also enjoy the fact that there is very little talking in the DVD - this means I won't get tired of listening to the same jokes from the instructor.
I don't have a rebounder because my machine is several years old so I just bounce on the foot bar during that part of the workout.
After going through it a few times, you need less time to switch between exercises because you become familiar with the routine. There isn't a lot of time to change positions but you need to keep moving from exercise to exercise to get the benefits of continuous movement.
Great workout - highly recommended!

Excellent Beginner DVD
We are really pleased with this DVD. It is a great beginner level for our AeroPilates rountine.

Disappointed
I was very excited about purchasing my Aero Pilates machine however was disappinted with the instructional DVD, It does not give enough time between switching excercises. It really dampened the whole experience.

Pleased!
I received this dvd last week and thought it was the same as the Level 1 Pilates VHS tape that I got w/my Pilates machine years ago, which has been lost since I moved. It was not, however, there are many similarities, and I like this dvd better. My only gripe is that there is not nearly sufficient time to go from the bounce mechanism and back, and sometimes the instructor is changing those features w/out saying a word. Other than that, I am well-pleased.

does not work with older machine
I have the older machine without the rebounder. There are no dvd's for the older machine. This is bad, because I paid alot of money for this machine and only have one tape, I can not afford another machine esp when mine is in very good shape. Please qvc bring dvd's for the older machine without the rebounder or a rebounder for the older machine. This makes me feel like I was ripped off. All of you people buying this machine will be in the same boat in a few years.

I am in love!!!!
I loved this integrated workout. My first time using it was today. I really got a good workout! I didn't have any problems with the change overs. I was prepared because I had read previous reviews. My rebounder was right beside me to change. I found it to be plenty of time. I don't ever screw my footbar & rebounder in & have never had a problem. So I can quick change. My machine is about 6 months old though. Can't wait to get levels 2 & 3 in the integrated. Love! Love! Love it!!!!!!

Not too happy
I had to send this DVD back and can only give 1 star because I found this did not work for me due to owning an older piece of equipment. A lot of us bought the Aero-Pilates before the rebounder was available and we received a level 1 video tape instead of a DVD. Now the video tape is obsolete and/or no longer useable and we are unable to use something like this because we do not own the rebounder and QVC does not sell that item alone. I wish it were possible to buy DVDs and pieces of equipment that would work with the older equipment because I certainly cannot afford to buy another very expensive Aero-Pilates machine nor do I want to. Everyone is having to be very careful with spending these days and to keep having to send things back is also very costly. Please QVC come to our rescue and supply us with some of the things that will keep us being able to enjoy our very expensive purchases without having to break the bank buying a newer model. I am sure there are others out there who feel the same as I do.

VERY PLEASED!!!!
I have the Aero Pilates Level 1 Integrated Workout DVD and I love it. It's the most calming workout I've ever done. I do agree with some of the others that they don't give you enough time when changing things around, but I still really like it. I also have the Aero Pilates Machine and I love my machine too. I can't wait to try level 2.

Wonderful!!
I LOVE this dvd. First of all I love the way there is no talking in between changes.It moves right along & Marjilein is wonderful.I find her voice very calming!!! Thank you for these 30 minutes of calm.:-) I purchased my Aero Pilates used & there were no DVD's with it. I am 65 yrs. old & have worked out the past 40 years & was always instructed to start slow & at the beginning. This is the perfect dvd for your beginning. Glad I started here & when this gets easier will move to level 2. I would definetly recommend this to new pilates people!!! Thank you Marjilein for your wonderful dvd & YOUR way of instructing.Looking forward to Level 2 & 3. By the way I LOVE my pilates-sure beats all the weight training. :-)
