This Machine Deserves 500 Stars !!
What you need to know about this machine is it can, and will save your life. I've been doing it for several years (the 3-corded machine and before that a yucky machine from another company before purchasing this 5-corded machine). For me, doing Pilates or yoga on the Floor (hurts my back etc,. but this machine aligns, and keeps my back balanced so no more visits to the chiropractor- at least in my case. Mentally, physically and emotionally, your not going to gain weight on this machine, your going to fall in love with it.
I personally end, or begin each day on this machine for sometimes 7 minutes, and sometimes 120 minutes depending on how much stress, and or whatever my body craves that day. I keep a daily log with the day, date, time start - and time ending as well as my stress level etc. I plug in the Bose, speakers listen to my favorite DMB music and away I go.
You don't need lots of space between your bed and or dresser etc,. or wall just use it as another form of resistance to stretch out you legs, arms etc., Its the only piece of equipment (I don't even think of it as exercise equipment, instead its my stress reliever) Yes, You will lose weight - you will Not gain weight - but for the right reasons along with eating properly. My dress sizes have gone down in the past year probably because I do this on a daily basis and again, its not exercise to me its my "Saving Grace". Not sure how I could live without it.

Best Birthday Present Ever! Excellent Customer Ser
Exactly 10 years ago my husband gave me the 1st reformer. I still do my exercise 3 x a week on a regular basis. When we travel and I can't do it I feel the difference in my neck and back after a few days. If you stick with the program, you will feel a difference in how straight you can stand and how much better you will feel.
Last October I ordered this machine as a retirement present for my husband. Now he finally takes the time to stretch his body muscles. He has a little arthritis and it helps him feel better.
I would also point out that I called Stamina for customer service a few times in the past years and always received exquisite customer service - even after 10 years! QVC chooses its business partners very carefully and the success shows. Thank you.

Love it!
I've been using this on a regular basis since 3/7/2012 and I'm still in love with it. I've increased my flexibility and gained lean muscle tone. I feel better when I work out and this workout has held my interest. I have a torn meniscus in my right knee and also have runners knee in both (thinning of cartridge), and I can still do this workout. I can't do high impact workouts because it makes my knees hurt, but I can do this pilates and rebound. It has helped me gain strength to better support my knees and has improved my knee function. If my knee starts to get the tiniest bit sore, I skip my workout for a day, it subsides and I go right back to it with no problems. No dvd problems. Great machine!

Love This Machine
This is my second AeroPilates. I had my first one for over 10 years, but then I got lazy and stopped using it. Purchased another from another company and it sat because it didn't work as comfortably as the Aero. So, now I got this 5-cord machine. And I love it. My only complaint would be I do wish they would supply more than just the beginner and cardio DVD. There are other machines that supply 5-6 DVD's, which would be great for those on limited income.

Love my Pilates!
I really hesitated on purchasing the Pilates for fear that it would become another dust collector. However, two weeks in and I love it. Due to multiple health issues, the typical exercise machines advertised on infomercials were not feasible and aerobics were out of question. I broke my back when I was a child and have had numerous repeated injuries through the years, most recently, a motorcycle accident. After lying around for months waiting to heel from multiple broken bones, broken ribs, and an injured lung, all I could do was eat. Now, 30 lbs over the 30 lbs I already wanted to loose, I had to find some kind of physical activity geared toward a broken down old body to get back in shape.
The Aero Pilates is the ticket. I get cardio from the rebounder, as well as the other exercises, but I also find my muscles, that had begun to shrink, are starting to stretch a little more. I highly recommend this machine to anyone looking to get started, but not knowing what to do. The included CD’s are a great help. I recommend viewing them, before starting the exercise, so you do not injure yourself. I am obviously going to be on level one for a while, but I can see where a stronger person would still benefit just by adding more tension with the cords. Thank you for giving me a way to get back to a healthier, lean, and toned body.

NOT FOR LOSING WEIGHT!!!!!
I gained 7 pounds after one month of doing the DVD EVERYDAY! Assembly did not take "3 - 4 minutes" as advertised, but a full hour with TWO people! The thin "new" pad is a killer on my tailbone, so I use additional layers of foam. At 80 pounds, this is NEVER mentioned in the ad, making it difficult to move, so I have to keep it out at all times. It is longer than my couch, taking up so much room, so it's not for apt/condo living! Plus you need additional free space on EACH side while doing many exercises, so don't count on placing it beside a wall! Beware if you already have bad knees, as just 5 minutes on the rebounder, caused my knees to hurt ALL NIGHT long. And those cords, ARE NOT easy to switch out. I had to get a 260 pound guy to pull out the red cord for me, and it was even difficult for him!!! So now mine has to STAY on the red cord at all times. And finally, Marjolein encourages us to ask questions, but I am STILL waiting for an answer to my email from 60 days ago!!! That speaks volumes!

Best Ever
I received my Aero Pilates Reformer five cord on May 1, 2012 and took 2 1/2 hours to put it together. Between lugging it upstairs and putting it together I already had a workout! This machine is wonderful. I feel results already and can't wait to order the more advanced workout DVDs. At almost 61 years old, I thought it would be impossible to regain my pre-menopause body but with this I think it can be done! Highly recommend the investment to anyone who is serious about getting into shape.

Best Exercise Machine
I had the old style Pilates I purchased from QVC for 12 years and it was time for a new one. I got this one in and WOW! it's the Cadillac of exercise equipment! It glides easily, is quiet and built very sturdily. I'm sure I'll get many years of bouncing and exercising off it! The only "down' thing I can say about it however, is that it is heavy. I slide it in and out under the bed every day and that gives me a bit of a workout. Other than that, though, it's awesome!

Fabulous Workout
What a great, affordable machine! It makes working out SO easy and convenient too. I did get the pull up bar to give some added variety. The stand also adds ease getting on and off.
If you've never done pilates, it is important to pay attention to the way each exercise is explained to ensure correct form. Kudos to Marjolein! It helps to pause the DVD on each exercise until you get used to them.
The workouts are just as good as the ones I've gotten from an expensive, private instructor.
I've used this machine since the first week of March and have aleady lost a full percent of body fat. Not easily done when you're over 50.
I'm not easily impressed, but this is a very impressive machine.

Arrange for help in advance if you live alone!
This product is great, but super heavy- about 80 pounds. QVC and UPS are super helpful by giving a tracking number, so you can figure out when it will come to the front door. The person I had set up to help me was not available and it was a struggle to get it in the front door, and due to lack of help getting it upstairs, mine had to go back. I had good experiences with aeropilates company when I had questions, I was loving the videos, and hope to get it in the future, when I have more reliable assistance in lifting it and getting it set up. Thanks to QVC, UPS and the post office, for the help in getting it returned.

ORDER IT YOU WON"T REGRET IT !
I purchased another pilates machine from someone else and returned it for several reaons. NO REASON TO RETURN THIS ONE IT IS PERFECT! I have had back pain for 3 yrs and after ;using the pilates machine for 2 weeks my back pain is almost gone. It delivers on all of it's promises. The asembly takes about 30 mins . I had to call cust srvc # with one prob. but got a quick and very curtious answer. Easy to fold up and store away againt a wall or under a higher bed. Don't hesitate on this one well worth the price. Really is FUN TO USE>

FABULOUS
I have been using my machine for approximately 2 weeks, and I can feel the difference when I put on my clothing. My 14 year old daughter, who is in great shape, uses this machine. It is fun and enjoyable. I especially love the rebounder. I have dropped about 5 pounds without any effort. I have not changed my eating habits yet. I do about 40 minutes per day on my machine. I highly recommend giving this machine at try. The easy pay made it affordable for me.
