Ripped and missing pieces
I was really looking forward to this Pilates machine. I was quite disappointed to find that there was a huge gash in the bench. Also, one of the pulley clips was broken and several of the smaller pieces were messing. I decided to send it back instead of waiting for another one to arrive that would probably have similar or worse problems. Don't waste your time or money on this.

Love my Pilates machine!
I love this machine! The quality is excellent and the service from QVC was first rate! I live in Hawaii and often wait upwards of a month to receive online orders but my machine was at my door in a week.
I also purchased the head and neck rest which made a big difference for me when using the machine. It was also of great quality. And I ordered the 2nd level workout because the DVD's that came with the machine are a great introduction but I was ready for a more challenging workout within a week.
Thumbs up on this Pilates machine,,,it's all good!

Loved it the first two days :/
Loved it the first 2 days I had it. The wheel didn't sound smooth tho and only got worse till I could finally see one of the wheels was coming off. Really disappointed but I emailed for replacements and they returned an email saying it would take no more than 7 days. I'm hoping it will be ok after. I have a bad knee so I needed something to take pressure off it. Hoping the parts come soon. I read this was a common problem. 30 min to put together.

Love my Machine - Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased my maching in January 2013 and just love the workout in combination with other activities. I did experience one problem that required a replacement of the machine and this is where the manufacturer (Stamina) really outshines all others. Within an hour of contacting them they had a new machine on shipment. Really can't say enough and look forward to increaing my workout with the attachments and additional DVD's.

What the heck ...
My husband took the time to put this together for me, after spending a good 30 to 40 minutes trying it out I decided it's going back asap. Either my arms are too short or these stretchy cords are too long, no matter what I did nothing went right. The cords had too much play in them making them useless. Also unless you purchase the platform as well it's hard getting up and down, on and off, it literally sits two inches off the floor so unless you're in your twenties this will be difficult for you. The "Q" was very kind and the post office picked it up today and it's on it's way back. I'll stick to walking 4 miles a day for exercise around here.

So Far So Good
So I got my aero Pilate machine about a week ago and have been trying to use it every day. I was skeptical at 1 st because I've had back surgery and was looking for the best machine because I am 58 and haven't been very active lately so I needed something to get my muscles moving. This machine feels good, doesn't hurt my back in fact it's helping my back and I think I'm seeing a difference. Will know more in a month or so. Very happy so far. Glad I went for this!!

A non weight-bearing aerobic/ab workout FINALLY!
Don't laugh! When I saw this my first thought was "Yeah! I can workout laying down!" LOL
After several injuries & surgeries I am finally cleared for exercise but I am now very over weight & so out of shape that weight-bearing exercise is tough. I am now so excited to have the AeroPilates with Rebounder! I LOVE the rebounder! It targets my two problem issues - I can get aerobic AND work on my abs at the same time! This is a great ab toner! Every mom needs one!
The unit is top quality & solid. It is heavy enough that unless I have company I'm not moving it. It lives in my living room in front of my TV and here is why - because it is so quiet I can watch TV while playing on it! To unwind after work, I turn on my favorite recorded shows and just rebound for about twenty minutes. I'm actually motivated to come home to it & look forward to the fun of it! Afterwards I hook up the cords and watch more TV while toning other areas of my body. Then, I usually go back to rebounding because I love that exercise.
I feel my core getting stronger, my abs are knitting back together and I can actually break a sweat doing something this relaxing and fun. Don't get me wrong - it takes work to keep your legs up to rebound but that is how you tone your abs and get stronger. My first time rebounding I could only go 3 minutes and I was whipped and sweating. Now, I go 20 minutes. I use lots of leg positions to change it up & use different areas of my abdominal area.
I have told ALL of my girlfriends about the AeroPilates with Rebounder. I recommend it for women with larger busts who want to get aerobic without jumping around. It is quiet for people in apartments. It is my new favorite toy!

Love This Machine!
I've been using this machine for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about it. I've never been a gym person and had never stuck with any other piece of equipment that I bought for more than a week. I do the Integrated Level One workout 5-7 days a week and have steadily seen my body be reconstructed over time. This workout is not boring and works every muscle in about 30 minutes. I lost 75 lbs in the last year and I couldn't have had that success without this machine. Oh and I'm a 56 year old woman. So middle aged women CAN lose weight and get trim and toned! I also love the pillow and pull-up bar. I do kind of wish I got the 5 cord model (I assumed this would become a clothes hanger like all the rest). But this 3 cord model will be fine for me for a long time because you can change out the black cords for red ones. I highly recommend Aeropilates to everyone who asks me what I did to look so good!

More Than I'd Hoped For!
Five weeks and counting - 25 workouts down. I really love this workout. I do really feel amazing after I finish. I expected better Core strength and overall toning. I was unprepared for the significant improvement in my right leg strength. This leg was injured years ago and has always been weak. Though not a cure, certainly an improvement.
The only reason I gave it four stars - though the wheels make it easy to move around, if you have to lift it, it is heavy. But mine really does fold up as easily as demonstrated. Glad I made this purchase.

NOTE: Ignore the complaints about the weight of the box, unless cheap is what you are looking for. This is a solidly built machine, so it does weigh a bit and you can't use the wheels while it is still in the box. If you need help moving the box, call a friend or use a small dolly.
I love this machine. (I now have the 5 cord) LOVE IT! I have hated every machine I have bought - cycle, tread, rowing, etc. EXCEPT FOR THIS MACHINE!
I have used this machine nearly every day, even with a bad back. Once you get over the awkwardness of how to get down and onto the machine, it is so easy to use. Go slow the first few times, it will kick your butt faster than you expect.I am shocked how much I enjoy using this machine. My back doesn't hurt afterwards (and is actually getting better) nor my knees. I like how I feel when using the machine, though it has taken a few weeks to go the entire 20 minutes. (I was really out of shape from working long hours.) I feel a sense of stretching/easing while working out.
Well built/solid. Easy to assemble. Easy to fold up and put away. Easy to use.
This IS the machine.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
I love QVC ..............I think this is my favorite purchase! I look forward to my pilates days! I'm a runner and have been alternating run days with pilates. This is such a treat to have in my house! I wish that it would have come with the level 2 &3 CD's. I would have paid a little more to have them shipped with the machine. I have ordered level 2 but it is on "waitlist". The CD's need to be redone and slowed way down. They are great but I have to keep pausing and restarting it to catch up. Regardless I love this .....if you are thinking of getting it..........don't think.....order now!
