I am returning this PC!! In the first place, I ordered Black and they sent red but no big deal. The big deal is after a week it froze 3 times and we had to hard drive shut it down. Still having problems so called Acer support and after 2 phone calls they cannot restore it to factory settings. Called customer service as I had thrown out the boxes and she says I can still return it in my own box so back it goes. Have bought computers before from Acer HP at QVC with no problems so I think this one is just defective.

I have had this PC ,3 days, it is very slow & you can 't input your own ISP & get it to work can't reach Acer either.
