Rated 1 out of 5 by from Many problems to mitigate I bought two chairs. The cardboard packing material was sub standard. Upon delivery, chair parts were sticking out of both cardboard boxes. The metal on the chairs was heavily scratched. I'm 63 and my Dad is 85; both of us are dealing with medical problems. It took nearly an hour to get the first chair assembled. The trick is to barely start all the bolts; when everything is mated up then you can tighten up all the bolts. Here's another tip, we used a stiff hollow plastic/vinyl type tube over the supplied Allen wrenches to extend the wrench arena. This made turning the wrech much easier. The second chair only took us 15 minutes to assemble. The rails were not powder coated; so we had paint rubbing off onto our travertine marble floor for the first chair. The second chair we used the lousy shipping cardboard as a drop cloth of sorts. We bought Sherwin Williams dark bronze paint from Lowes and I repainted the rails. The design of the chair is well thought out; but the overall assembly quality is poor at best. After all the problems were mitigated we ended up with very nice rockers. If you are handy, the problems are mitigatable. If you are not handy you might want to pass on this rocker. But in my mind QVC should not carry products with the problems we experienced. When I buy something I think it should be perfect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy It Omg we all have the same issue. I was so excited to receive this rocking chairs and was so sad to see in the condition received had lots of scratches. Assembly was not that bad but so sad on condition of chairs. Don't waste your money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great chair bad shipping I received the first chair damaged. It was easy to assemble but I was very disappointed with all the scratches and puncture on the weave.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I could not agree more with the previous reviewer. I purchased two of these chairs. Both had many scratches. When I first opened the box, I was pleased to see that there were not too many parts to put together, but once I began I found that both were very difficult to assemble. My husband is handicapped so it was very difficult for me to address the bolt problems. The bolts in the backs of the chairs are not too hard, but the seat bolts do not line up properly. I still have one bolt that will not go in. I actually had to insert the wrench into the hole instead of one of the bolts since I was unable to screw it in as directed. I am still looking to see how I can resolve this issue. Considering the price we are paying for these chairs, I would expect better quality regarding the shipping materials to keep them from scratching and better quality in regards to the matching up of the bolts to the holes for the seats. Overall the chairs are very nice, but I can not recommend to others based on the problems I encountered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOOKS LIKE REAL WICKER THIS IS A VERY COMFORTABLE CHAIR THAT ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE WICKER. THE SEAT IS WIDE, THE BACK REST AMPLE. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS 5 STARS, BUT IT WAS SCRATCHED UP DESPITE BEING WRAPPED UP. THE OTHER BIGGER PROBLEM WAS IT WAS DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER. MY FRIEND IS A MECHANIC AND HE SAID THE BOLTS WERE BENT AND THE SEAT DID NOT LINE UP WITH THE BOLT HOLES. THE ALLEN WRENCH COULD NOT HANDLE SCREWING IN THE BOLTS, HE HAD TO USE A WRENCH. OVERALL, THIS IS A NICE ROCKER, BUT ATLEISURE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THE ASSEMBLY PROBLEM. MAYBE I WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH A SLIGHT LEMON.
