I wish I could put no star. ASUS does not back the warranty they "provide". I purchased one of the touch 360 laptop products last year and have had to send it back three times. Each time they blamed me and sent a bill. I hate the lack of support they provide to their customers. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ASUS PRODUCT. There is a huge lack of responsibility. For example, my laptop was "repaired" in the spring, went out about two days after it was returned, and went out AGAIN about two weeks ago. They have emailed me an invoice estimate for $334.80. I refuse to give them anything else. Don't waste your time and energy. You deserve better!
