About Auto-Delivery

Auto-Delivery is a convenient program that allows you to enjoy the benefits of receiving your favorite QVC products, at the original order price, on an automatic shipping schedule that meets your individual needs. It's about having what you love when you want it, at a price that's guaranteed. It's about confidence, convenience, choice. You decide, QVC delivers.

How does Auto-Delivery work?
Place your order by phone or online and choose Auto-Delivery, when offered. You will be billed for and will receive your first shipment promptly after payment is received. Then, subsequent shipments will be billed at your original order price and sent on a regular shipping schedule (for example, approximately every 60 or 90 days). Items may also be shipped on a designated, set schedule for seasonal or specially designed plans, such as holiday candles or themed jewelry, sent four times in a 12-month plan. Delivery and billing will be repeated until you cancel your plan, receive all items offered in a limited series, or if the plan must be discontinued.

Are all the Auto-Delivery plans the same?
No, we have different types of plans for certain products. Items like vitamin supplements and hair care products have Replenishable plans, where every shipment includes the same product and ships on a regular schedule, such as every 90 days.

We also have Series plans, which have a designated end date and may contain a set number of shipments. For example, sending one wreath every season, for a total of four wreaths.

Is there any obligation to continue in the program?
No. You may cancel at any time either online or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444. Once you cancel, you won't receive, or be billed for, any future shipments unless the shipment has already shipped.

How do I make changes to my Auto-Delivery plan or future shipments?
Your Auto-Delivery plan can be customized by going online or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444. Changes will be applied to all future shipments, or to selected shipments, as applicable for the plan.

If you opt to manage your plan online, you'll easily be able to change information like payment or shipping method, address, order quantity, size, color, flavor, etc. You can also delay or accelerate your next shipment, make adjustments to certain shipment release dates, or cancel your plan. Just click on My Account at the top of your screen on QVC.com, and then select Auto-Delivery Plans. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444.

Please note: Some restrictions may apply for certain types of Auto-Delivery plans, shipments, and certain stages in the shipping process.

What are my payment options?
You're able to pay by QCard®, credit card of your choice, check, or money order. If you pay by credit card, your card will be billed automatically on the date the item ships. If you pay by check or money order, you'll receive a reminder before each subsequent shipment is mailed. As soon as QVC receives your payment, your next shipment will be sent. How do I return an Auto-Delivery item?
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange (if available) or refund of the purchase price. Follow the return instructions on the pack slip, included with your shipment. Or look at our Returns FAQs Guide.

If you choose to make two consecutive returns in your Auto-Delivery plan, but would still like to remain in the program, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 to arrange for future deliveries. Otherwise, QVC will automatically cancel your plan.

Can I restart my cancelled Auto-Delivery plan?
If available, you can restart certain Auto-Delivery plans at the original order price. Be sure to contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 for more information.

Will QVC cancel my Auto-Delivery plan?
QVC strives to deliver your favorite products to you as long as you remain enrolled in your auto-delivery plan. QVC reserves the right to discontinue or cancel your auto-delivery plan for any reason. Some reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to, unavailability of inventory, lack of payment for two consecutive scheduled shipments, customer account closure, etc. If for any reason QVC must discontinue or cancel your plan, you'll be notified by email or USPS mail. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

How do I customize or manage my Auto-Delivery plan?

Online:
You can view, manage, and customize your plan online. Click on My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen, then select Auto-Delivery Plans to see a list of your plans or click here. To access a particular Auto-Delivery plan, click on the View/Edit Plan link.

Once your first item in an Auto-Delivery plan has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Some restrictions may apply for certain Auto-Delivery plans and at certain stages in the shipping process.

1. Editing All Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to all future shipments in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the options in the Plan Details section at the top of the View/Edit Auto-Delivery Plan screen. Types of changes include:

  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for your plan using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for your Auto-Delivery plan, if applicable.
  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for your plan. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method.
  • Frequency: Select a new frequency from the options in the drop-down list. A new shipment schedule will automatically be established for all your future shipments once you confirm a frequency change. Some plans do not allow the frequency between shipments to be modified.
  • Next Shipment: If a calendar is visible, the Next Shipment date may be changed. Available dates appear in black. Gray dates cannot be selected. Use the arrows in the top corner of the calendar to switch months. Click on an available date for your next shipment and the calendar will automatically close. Some plans do not permit date changes.
  • Cancel All Future Shipments: Click on this link if you want to stop this Auto-Delivery plan. To only skip a particular shipment, use the Skip Shipment option located below. Once you have cancelled your plan, you may see the Reinstate Auto-Delivery Plan option, if it is still available. Click on Reinstate Auto-Delivery plan to re-enroll in that plan.

2. Editing Individual Future Shipments
To make changes that will apply to one particular future shipment in your Auto-Delivery plan, use the Edit option located in the Shipment Details section of the screen. Changes that may be made to an individual shipment include:

  • Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for an individual shipment. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen.
  • Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method for an individual shipment.
  • Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for the individual shipment using the drop-down list.
  • Edit Color/Size: Select a new color or size for that individual Auto-Delivery shipment, if applicable.
  • Ship Method: Select a new ship method using the drop-down list.
  • Skip Shipment: Click this link to cancel only a particular shipment, but still remain active in the Auto-Delivery plan.

It is no longer eau de parfum. It's just a spray now!! It does NOT smell the same and it does not last!!! So angry, did they think we wouldn't notice???? Change it back, until you do I will NO LONGER BE PURCHASING.... It stinks. 04-14-16

Rated 1 out of 5 by No scent, no compliments I'd used "Pure Parfume" since 2008 when without warning my auto-delivery was "complete". I found out that parfume would no longer be available so I ordered the 4oz "SPRAY" not "fragrance spray", just "spray". WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Once it evaporates you can't smell it. No matter how much you spray you still can't smell Pure. What you do smell is something that smells chemical. Needless to say, I will not be buying anymore Philosophy fragrant products. 04-10-16

I have received a lot of compliments on Pure Grace but this is the best. My brother in law told my sister he likes the scent I'm using and my sister is now using it too. I had used a lot of more expensive scents but never got complemented that's why I'm sticking to my pure grace for the last 7 years 02-12-16
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not The Same I've been a loyal Philosophy girl since QVC first started selling the line. I still love and use a variety of Philosophy products, skin care, bath line, etc. However, I must admit that if you have used the fragrances of days past (before the company was sold and bought) you will very likely notice a scent difference. To be sure I had one bottle of Pure Grace saved from a previously purchased gift set (before the company change) and a more recent bottle of Pure Grace, and sadly there is a difference. It is the staying power and that the amount of alcohol vs. perfume oils seem to be different; the lovely aromatic scent disperses quickly, leaving behind a stronger alcohol smell. I also find little difference between the Body Spray, which you expect to be less concentrated, and the bottled spray fragrance or eau de parfume. It feels like certain ingredients have been compromised for some reason, a disappointment for such a beloved product. Another thing is I always received compliments on how good I smelled wearing the Grace line, even after a full day of wearing it! Not so much now unless it's very soon after applying and I layer it on using the 3-in-1 bath gel, lotion, body spray etc. Spraying more and more of it on does not seem to make a difference either. Philosophy has stated that the formula has not changed and remained the same. I still love the scent of Pure Grace, the other Graces, and Philosophy products in general, but something has changed with this iconic favorite as others have pointed out. I debated for some time to write a new review as I really hoped this was a temporary thing. 12-11-15
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not a lasting scent As much as I have always loved pure grace over the years, I'm getting sick of paying the high price that is not delivering. I'm getting to the bottom of my bottle and am now sad as I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I love the smell but like everyone else is commenting, the scent does not last. So why should I spend this kind of money on a deemed "high end scent" when it does not produce "high end lasting results?" Please rethink philosophy's new philosophy!!! I'm sure many of us would come back. 12-06-15

I've had drugstore products better than this "NEW PHILOSOPHY" line.The quality is not the same...only the prices are. Coty needs to put their name on the Philosophy line to warn old customers of the change. I purchased Pure Grace in the bath cream, body lotion and 4 oz fragrance spray. Not one of these products have staying power. I love this fragrance but it's way too expensive to have to reapply 6 times per day ! Time to move on. 11-03-15

I was about to place my order for Pure Grace, when I saw the low reviews and started reading. I can't believe my favorite fragrances have changed and people are so disappointed, now I don't know what to do! why is QVC or philosophy not doing anything about this, I don't understand. As many other consumers, please go back to the original formula. I will wait to see if anything changes. I am a huge fan! and I hope things will change. 10-03-15
