This is really beautiful and looks lovely when the the light is on and the water bubbles. However I've only had it for 4 months and it has stopped working. I followed directions to clean the pump with vinegar but this has had no effect on it. I really loved it but it
certainly should not have died after 4 months. Wish I knew how to bring it back to life.

I have two and ordering more.MINE ARE ALMOST THREE YEARS.
Directions are VERY important and must be followed.A friend bought one and used tap water and hers had an issue similar t the negative reviews here.
Watch that it doesn't get dirty from the air itself.
rinse mine out maybe once a month .otherwise the dust and dirt will clog the pump.
It isn't however
It isn't high maintenance at all and the pleasure I get as well my guests is all joy!

I bought the candle and in a day it burned out. The light and motor didn't turn on. I did have it on for 8 hrs straight so maybe it's meant to be on for shorter times. I checked the batterirs, the plug, played w/on & off switch and was point of no return. Bummed, called customer service and Rep said I could return with label and box at no charge and they wud send a new one. I want to give it amother chance because I really liked it.Hopefully the next one last longer than a day, but will only use it sparingly.. The candle is beautiful, soothing and the trickle of the water is relaxing.

I got this because I love fountains and candles. I love that it comes on automatically. It's soothing and beautiful so after I used it, I texted my sister-in-law with a video of it and she went to the QVC website and bought her one! We are both very happy with our purchases. Thank you QVC, for carrying these beautiful gifts.

I absolutely loved my Aquaflame flameless candle when I received it last October. The sound was so soothing. I have used it every night since. I would disconnect it when I would go out of town just to make sure that it wouldn't 'burn out'. Well, when I returned from being out of town a couple of weeks ago, I plugged it back in and - nothing. The light won't even come on!
Very disappointed. And no where can I find any troubleshooting suggestions.
Would have given this 5 stars if it were still working, but since it basically has only worked for less than 8 months . . . .

I bought the white to use as year-round accent in the great room. I change the charger & accent plate under it with the seasons...gold charger/ivory holly print plate at Christmas time, bronze acorn embossed charger/terra cotta plate with dried acorns tucked around base for Fall, etc. Agree controls on bottom are inconvenient. I purchased an item at the local home center that solves this problem beautifully. It has four small units that simply plug in to the electrical outlet & a tiny remote control unit with buttons that control each individually. I have the candle plugged into one, and various accent lamps plugged into the others. Even better than controls on cord would be. Love my candle!
