Great Disappointment The presentation made it look as if this worked perfectly. Didn't work the same for me. Easier for me to use a hand mirror and turn around like I always do, and way TOO EXPENSIVE to keep as a regular mirror. If it had worked as advertised, I would have happily kept it. 01-06-12
Does not work well While this item seems very well constructed, it does NOT allow for viewing the back of the head unless you have it at a level exactly parallel to the back of your head. In other words, my vanity is low and I am taller, and when used, it does not allow me to tilt it up high enough to see the back of my head. It is extremely heavy! I was hoping that it could be tilted up enough and then remain at that position to see thru all panels, but it does not and therefore, I am returning it. I guess I would manufacture it with a telescope stem that could be locked in place so that the mirror could be at a higher eye level. It was a good idea but needs to go back to the drawing board. Hope the manufacturer reads my ideas and acts on it. 12-26-11
Back to the Drawing Board! Put it together and tried to see the back of my head. Didn't achieve what I hoped it could do. Yes, you could see the back side view but it didn't allow the middle back to be seen for two hand styling. A one- handed mirror still is the only true device to accomplish with the other hand doing the finishing touches. As a vanity mirror it does work if you have the room. 12-20-11
I LOVE IT A friend of mine gave me this for Christmas and I love it. I have never bought anything on QVC or any other shopping network but my friend does all the time. I'm glad she found this. I have it on a shelf in my bathroom and it works great. My boyfriend wasn't so sure about it until he used it to shave the back of his neck and he's sold. Really like it alot. 12-19-11
Waste of Money Ditto to all the negative comments below. It simply does not work and is extremely heavy. Don't waste your time or money. 12-14-11
Sent both back Sorry...great idea but needs more testing. It's far too wide for a countertop area & not tall enough to use unless sitting. 12-14-11
Junk Very disappointed. You definitely cannot see any more the of your hair any better than you would with just 3 mirrors. I did just what they said on TV--look in the mirror on the far left and then adjust. Doesn't work. It is very misleading on TV and the online video. I have sent it back but since once you snap the plastic mirror adjustment in place, it cannot be removed so it will not fit in the box, I had to purchase another box from Office Depot. Buyer beware. 12-11-11
Does Not Help At All This mirror is just a good idea gone wrong. It doesn't really help you see the back of your head. It is heavy and awkward and over-engineered. Back to the drawing board with this one. 12-11-11
Great Concept but far too large and heavy..does not fit in my home. 12-10-11
Not as easy as it seems. First it requires putting a box on your counter to get the mirror up to a level where you could use it. Second if it is fully open you cannot tip the angle because of the weight . It won't stay at at the angle you need unless it is straight up and down. I would have sent it back but I took it to my other house before I used it. Only once did I get a good look at the back of my head, but I was so close to the mirror that I couldn't fit my hand between my head and it to trim my hair. Plus the shipping charge!! 11-29-11
Disappointed This mirror is not truly 360 degrees. You can't see the whole back of your head no matter how you position this mirror. Not worth the money. 11-28-11
