Love the color of burgandy and they work great. I treat the pans like they are gold and make sure nothing can scratch them so they can be used well.
I love the ceramic finish I have other pans with ceramic and they are great too.

When I recieved these pans, I had to use them immediately. Made some fried eggs with butter and the eggs stuck so bad, they did not look like fried eggs, but more like scrambled. Could not get them out of the pan. Decided they were going back the next day, but also when I tried to clean them in warm soapy water, again the eggs were stuck so bad, I could not even wash them out of the pan. Very dissappointed in this purchase.
Slick as ice
Love these pans...also own the 'everyday pan' which I use almost every day! They really are slick as ice.....these are my 3 favorite skillets, ever....
Non stick lasted twice?
I thought I LOVED these pans. Twice they were PERFECT. WONDERFUL! Scrambled eggs THIRD time - they STUCK! I have loved everything I have gotten from Mark Charles! Everything! I don't understand this. I used butter too!! They look so great! Merlot - beautiful, nice balance, etc. So sad...
Love the merlot color and cleanup was easy. My steak tasted wonderful. BUT,, MarkCharles said they would work on an induction stovetop ( I have a portable burner) and a second time on the video said it would work on all stovetops. It doesn't. The literature that came with it says it won't work. I like these skillets and will use them on the house stovetop but it's not what I wanted or expected from your presentation,
Fantastic Non Stick
Pans worked like a breeze. Made two over easy eggs (with butter), the eggs slipped around the pan like a hockey puck on ice. Very impressed. Made home fried potatoes, browned deliciously and slid right out of pan. No complaints here. Also, pan wipes out like a breeze. I prefer light oil or butter, no cooking sprays. After wiping out, I washed pan with soap and hot water, rinsed and dried, then hanged up. I take care not to put one pan on top of the other so as not to scratch pan surface. I hang the pans for storage. Works great for me! Would make a lovely gift, want to get my daughter a set of these non sticks pans. Eventually, I will move into getting a whole new set of non stick pans for my kitchen. Makes cooking fun, no grungey clean up, no more having to soak the pan, and scrubbing to get pan clean again.
wasn't happy with the purchase
Purchased these pans a few months ago, worked ok the first couple of times, then I noticed everything stuck to the pans. Making eggs were a nightmare. Pans did not hold up. If I had purchased them from a local store, I would have returned them. Since I threw the box away I was stuck with them. I still use them but I have to spray them down really well or but a lot of oil or butter in the pans. These pans are NOT non stick.
These pans are terrific. They cook and clean great. I love the color blue it's not dark just a nice pleasant color.
Middle of the Road -- AT BEST
Hey, I'm a long way from being a Chef -- about as far as you can get -- but I'm a pretty good cook.
I've tried these skillets for about as long as I can take it . . . the clean-up isn't great and the usability is just mediocre for my liking.
Best use for me would be as a breakfast skillet. Problem is: the skillets have wide rolled edges. If you want to break an egg off of the edge, you are always creating a mess to clean up on the stove, as the edge isn't over the user surface. If you attempt to break an egg over the rolled edge to keep the egg-splash in the pan, then the egg doesn't break clean and you are then relegated to picking egg shell out of your breakfast.
I would recommend this product to people that I don't like.
I agree not as advertised but still use them.
I ordered these when they first came out. They were terrific. I used them religiously. They worked great. Then after a few months I noticed things started to stick so I used the spray oil. That worked great for awhile then even with spray it started to stick. I had to use olive or canola oil and butter just to get an egg to fry without sticking but scramble eggs stuck all over. I just use them to make fried fish or chicken because as long as you have a lot of oil for frying, the pan makes your food stick. Now these are my new frying pans. What did I do wrong??????
