Love the conditioner not shampoo!
I like shampoo to suds a lot, I actually went through the shampoo in like a week, I used way to much to try to get the suds. I do like the conditioner, it works well and both smell good enough to eat. Work on getting more suds in the shampoo and then I would buy it again.

BUY IT, BUT IT, BUY IT!!!
What can I say but WOW! This smells so yummy....reminds me of butterscotch or vanilla almond cookies.....and it leaves my hair incredibly soft. My boyfriend even tried it! Although I will not let him use it anymore, it is all mine! You MUST shake the shampoo before use, otherwise it will just run out of the bottle when you open it. The conditioner, on the other hand is super thick. I was a bit worried because I have long, thin, greasy at the roots, dry at the ends hair, but this stuff works beautifully. I will definately be purchasing again, no doubt. I have not used the balm, as I do not need it, but it smells like lavendar and is very runny.

I love the smell of the shampoo but not the conditioner . I had to return it my hair looked really greasy after a couple of days of use.The hair balm made my hair look really greasy .I love all the other products that i have used but not this one .

Susie has done it again. This is FABULOUS. The smell is unbelievably delicious. Throughout the day, you get a gentle reminder of how wonderful this smells. If that bothers you, you might not like this set. Besides the smell, it really does great things for my hair. I have older, naturally curly, color processed hair and it just works great! My 2 guys -- Gino the rescued chow and Annie the rescued daschund -- thank Susie for loving them as much as I do. Keep your wonderful earth friendly, animal loving products coming -- love them all!

Too strong
I have been waiting for a good natural shampoo because I have skin allergies. I have only used it once so I am unsure how this will work. But the smell is way too strong. It wouldn't be bad if I wanted to smell like I sprayed coco butter all over me but I don't. I have some wonderful, name brand colognes that I like to wear but I couldn't with this product because it would clash. I will not buy again

Didn't like it.
I just did not like this shampoo or conditioner. The shampoo smells awesome (I wanted to eat it!) but it is like water and most goes down the drain before it makes it to my hair. The conditioner is awful! It smells awful and is so thick that it blew out the other end when I tried to squeeze some out of the tube. Can't even really say how well it works because it smelled so rotten I couldn't keep it on my hair. The 2 stars are just because the shampoo smells so delicious!

The shampoo is great. I have had a problem scalp, and this shampoo really helped. Since I use more shampoo than conditioner, could you please sell separately.

Love it!
I'm very sensitive to most skin and hair products. 100% Pure Shampoo is so gentle to my scalp. I have ezcema on my face and scalp and this product does not cause any irritation and smells so wonderful.

Best Shampoo and Conditioner!
Amazing product! It makes my hair so soft and shiny and it's very moisturizing. Plus, it smells incredible. QVC, please bring back this shampoo and conditioner in a larger size with a pump.

Unbelievable
I ordered the shampoo and conditioner and previously had developed an itchy rash from my old products. This stopped the itchy rash and my hair looked soft, shiny and healthy. I went back to order 4 more sets! Can't say enough about the results. You won't be sorry!!!!

Not Worth It!
This was the worst shampoo ever. My hair when rinsed felt like straw. I did like the fragrance but that was it. The conditioner was fine and I still use this but the shampoo went into the garbage after 2 months.

Hated it
I purchased this because of the natural ingredients, but I really disliked the toasted coconut milk smell. It is too over powering. The shampoo is way to thin even it you shake it well. The conditioner is so hard to get out of the tube even if you hold it under the hot water to soften it. The product did not make my hair retain any moisture or shine. I will use the product until empty but will not order it again in the future.
