Husband thought I was nuts!
Ordered these on a whim, thinking I would probably regret it and return them. Not so! Have used them on a daily basis since they arrived and are so loving them. If you don't want to waste anything whether it be the last bit of whatever in a jar or getting all that batter out of the mixing bowl these are fantastic! Order yourself a set and enjoy! You won't regret it and by the way my husband loves using them too!

Bummer
I am a long time Q customer and have never written a review. But I was so sad when I went to use the large spurtle and it is splitting. I always hand wash my wooden tools so I agree with others one solid piece is the way to go.

Love them! What more can be said?
Really! What else can be said? I LOVE the shape, size, and weight of these tools. I had a bunch of old, old, old wooden (of mysterious orgins!) tools that I got rid of. I should have known that Lucinda would come up with such a wonderful item. BTW, love anything she does! QVC, please bring Lucinda back more often.

Mad Hungry Spurtle
Like other users, I have the original Spurtle which I purchased on Open Sky when they were offered. They are truly the best kitchen tool you will every own!! I use them every day and with every single dish. I ordered the Mad Hungry Spurtles and love them. They are smaller than the original type, but I actually love that more and the baby spurtle is now becoming my 'go to' tool. If you do not own these, you must order a set and you will not be dissapointed.
Also, other users mentioned the solid wood vs. bamboo but I have a lot of other kitchen tools made from bamboo and had them for more than 10 years and they are just fine. I do wipe with a special oil for bamboo to keep them sealed, but I have no problem with them not being solid wood like my other spurtles. Also, I hand wash all of my spurtles and NEVER put them in the dishwasher.

I don't know how I have lived without these. I use them to spread, flip, stir. My new best friend in the kitchen!

Love These Very Sturdy
I really love these Sputles but...we need to add another piece which
would be a slotted spurtle...love these very sturdy items.

Now a fav in our kitchen!
Love to cook & was thrilled to find these on QVC. Very versatile. My hubby loves the " artistic" design & i think he uses them almost as much as i do! Now how about manufacture in the USA?

Love it but,
I love LSQ and the spurtle but I had to send it back. It needs a sealant or to be made from solid wood.

A little disappointed
I have 2 of the original wood spurtles LSQ uses, made in America by top notch craftsman. I love them and use them multiple times a day! Like another reviewer, I was wondering what all the hoopla was over a wooden spoon. After using them every day for over 2 years now, I'd be lost without them. They make great gifts as well. Everyone I've given them to has also fell in love with them.
I gave this product only 2 stars because they are made of bamboo instead of solid wood. Bamboo is a grass and as such requires a copious amount of glue to keep the fibers together. Solid wood lasts forever whereas bamboo eventually splits. Also, the manufacturing origin is china. While I love LSQ, it's disappointing that she would outsource this product to china instead of working with and promoting American craftsman.

Love the spurtle
Beyond a name that is fun to say - this spoon/spatula is great. My daughter can stir food without feeling the heat. It greats the food out of the pot with ease.

best little spoons?
These spoons, spatulas are great!.. I got mine this week and have used them everyday. When you need to get to the bottom of something that you are mixing, it goes down the side of the bowl and comes up with the item you are mixing. Great, great item.

Love It
I was delighted to finally see the "spoon" that Mad Hungry has been using on her television show. I have been searching for it for a long time. I was so glad to be watching when it was shown and ordered it immediately. I'm glad that I did because it sold out quickly. Seems that there are more people looking for it too. Please bring it back as I would like to order more.........for myself and gifts.
I love it! It gets in the corners of pots and pans and fits into cans to get the last drop. This is a very, very useful item in the kitchen. Thank you for bringing it to us.
