Foods to avoid and how to tell. The most informative book with the most delicious different recipes. A great book for celiac's looking for recipes that are not run of the mill!!! 07-30-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good gluten free cookbook I have not used this cookbook for very long but every recipe that I have tried has been very good. In fact I did the pumpkin cheesecake recipe the other day and just last night my husband remarked that it was one of the best cheesecakes I had made. I gave it five stars because of the baking recipes that I have tried. The main entrée choices, I probably would not use many because of some of the food items which my family does not like but I am happy with this cookbook. I have just been diagnosed with gluten sensitivity and so have been trying a lot of recipes and these are very good. One of the nice aspects about this cookbook is that, instead of measuring many different flours, they use only one all purpose gluten free flour and that is very helpful. I did have a problem in finding the flour that they used but there are good all purpose gluten free flours that are available where I live and so that was not a problem. Hopefully people with a gluten problem will try this cookbook because what recipes I have tried, I have found very good. 11-04-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not a cookbook for a normal cook.` Cookbook has way too many ingredients per recipe and way too complicated for the average cook in my Wife's opinion and she's the cook. Book made to seem like anyone could use it and items were readily available for anyone, anywhere. Such is not the case, at least not for us. She has only returned less than five cookbooks she ordered from David's show, but his is definitely one of them. 10-21-14
