Rated 1 out of 5 by from RIDICULOUS!!! Worst cooking book EVER!!! Most recipes don't even tell you the main ingredient much less how much of it you need!!!! So sorry I wasted my money!!!! Don't buy!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cookbook I returned the cookbook for two reasons. 1) The cookbook had incomplete recipes in it and it did not have the recipes in the cookbook that Eric said would be. 2) I returned the copper Chef pan so therefore I would not need the copper Chef cookbook.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bland He doesn't put all the ingredients in His book, if u used his cook book the ingredients that he put in His recipe, ur food comes out bland & tasteles, u have to add ur own ingredients, but for someone who is starting to cook, they will go by the exact ingredients that he puts in His cook book; & that person food will come out tasteles. Please let him know that the first time cooks are also buying; these booms & he needs to add more ingredients to let them make a delicious meal thanks God bless u.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from copper chef Not at all satisfied....wasted a bunch of ingredients...tried to make the glazed donuts...ran mixer with dough attachment for at least 20 min. never came to a ball....said 3 cups of flour?? not enough? anyone else have this problem? Wasted my money!

This book is very well made and I'd loaded with beautiful pictures of,each recipe. It has a lot of great information about other things as well. You won't be sorry if,you order this book
