Delicious and guilt free I've already tried several recipes. The pasta pie is awesome. Some recipes do have more than a few ingredients, but I expect that from most recipes. The directions seem straight forward enough. Long for some recipes, but worth it. All in all I'd say this is a great addition to my cookbook collection. I haven't been steered wrong yet by David V's cookbook recommendations. 05-30-13
Are you KIDDING me! Received this cookbook today. So very disappointed at the amount of ingredients needed in each recipe. These recipes may be low in fat, but will take me all day in the kitchen. Once you gather all that you need to create the dish, the step by step instructions are horrendous! I purchased this book on one of David Venables, In The Kitchen with David Shows. He makes everything look so delicious and easy to do...''NOT"... Sorry QVC, not impressed at all. Sending back!!!!!! 05-16-13
