Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed Thoughts Loved some of these recipes but I couldn't get past the amount of fat and cholesterol and calories in a lot of these. If you are fine with this and enjoy it mainly for carb free then it is worth it. I enjoyed the items on the leaner side like the broccoli slaw hash browns and the tilapia with melon which are delicious but there needed to be more like that but I get now that it's more Atkins like, which I was never into. If he could please provide a cookbook with mainly the lower fat and calorie meals I would love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Lo Carb cookbook!!! What a wonderful surprise! the receipes are very easy to follow and they taste terrific. Who knew that cauliflower rice could become a creamy rissoto that is to die for! The lemon butter taliapia was the easiest fish receipe I have ever tried and came out perfectly . a Lo Carb food plan is a challenge to follow but with this book I will continue with confidence. Thank you George!
