Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Lo Carb cookbook!!! What a wonderful surprise! the receipes are very easy to follow and they taste terrific. Who knew that cauliflower rice could become a creamy rissoto that is to die for! The lemon butter taliapia was the easiest fish receipe I have ever tried and came out perfectly . a Lo Carb food plan is a challenge to follow but with this book I will continue with confidence. Thank you George!

I want to keep feeling this way and so tired of the same old thing to eat. Recipes in this book are awesome and you can mix it up adding some of your favorites and have so many different tasty meals. I have so many favorite recipes in this book would take too long to tell you about them. If you want to eat great and feel great get this book!
