montel Williams Book Sorry, as much as I have enjoyed Montel over the years, this product was a little disappointment for me because I actually thought was getting a really nice cook Book and that's not what I received. 08-25-11
Not so good Some of the recipes lack ingredients that are in the instructions or lack liquids - instructions for the pressure cooker say that liquid is needed. This came with the Montel Williams pressure cooker (excellent so far) I bought and it has helped me get started pressure cooking. I don't find the recipes all that healthy for people who need to control cholesterol and calories. 03-01-11
