Absolutely love! This recipe book was nicely put together . Great price tag too!! 01-05-13
Worst Purchase EVER! Very disappointed with the Kitchen Aid. The hardcover wasn't even attached to the spiral pages. If that wasn't bad enough, some of the recipes listed on the dividers didn't match the recipe that followed, 03-13-12
Best Recipe Collection! This cookbook is very nice, full of pictures and helpful recipes. Love all the different categories too. Have tried several recipes and have enjoyed them. Love that this will fold flat when reading and preparing a recipe. Loaded with information and helpful tips too. You can't beat it. 06-29-11
Binder Fell Off in Transit When I received the cookbook, the binder was already loose from the recipes and the 5 ring binder. There were only two tiny brads holding the heavy contents of the 500 page recipes and the 5 heavy rings. I own other Kitchen Aid cookbooks and they are excellent. This volume doesn't compare. Its as if it was authored by someone else. All told a disappointment. 09-19-10
PERFECT ! I needed to get my cookbook collection going and this was great! It has all the recipes you would expect. Tasted and tried by everyone they are great. The selection is perfect, many are fast and easy for a busy family. Great buy for me !! 07-02-10
Boring Harkens back to recipes in the 60's and 70's. I am disappointed at the content, nothing challenging nothing unusual. My mixer went on to bigger and better things after the first six months. Don't waste your time and money on 'tried and true'. These recipes are in a many other places for free. 06-26-10
LOVE this Collection!! I have ALL of the Kitchen Aid Appliances that I got right here on QVC and couldn't be happier!!! BUT, this review is about the Kitchen Aid Recipe Collection Binder. This is superb! All of the recipes are neatly contained in the binder and perfectly categorized for easy search! I had a Mother's Day Brunch and served the Mushroom Onion Tartlets as the appetizer. I doubled the recipe and ALL of those delicious tartlets were devoured by my guests within 20 min. of my putting them out! I only got to enjoy ONE and my guests were right...DELICIOUS!! MAJOR YUMMERS!! I will definitely be making these again! Also, every one of my friends and family members requested this recipe!! This Cookbook Collection has become my "go-to" cookbook!! Do NOT hesitate to purchase this wonderful cookbook!! 06-13-10
Not a good purchase The binding of the book was the least of my worries, it's the "recipes"! Every recipe I made seemed to call for too much of this or to little of that. So I had to cross check them with other recipes and fine tune it to get the right recipe. If I knew I had to re-write the recipes, I would have made my own book! 05-19-10
Hmmmm? I agree with both, Dolly and Steelerfan, that this cookbook is disappointing. I expected it to be better quality for the price. I do have concern that if handled too much, the pages will tear. I, too, love Paula Deen and find these recipes to be "okay", but nothing spectacular. 05-03-10
Disappointed Beautiful pictures. Husband had me send back. Found some of the ingredients would have to be purchased in another town. We didn't find the recipes appetizing. We like Paula Dean's cooking. Just our style, hard to change. Sorry. 04-09-10
Poor quality but recipes are decent I would have to agree with another reviewer - the binder is cheap! My metal ring part was also separated from the cover at the top. Very poor quality. I like the recipes so I will not return the book - although I should! Now I can't set it on a shelf because the top section of the book falls out! Too bad - KitchenAid is a good name but this one - I don't think so! 04-06-10
Finally...a cookbook that has everything! Just received my cookbook and have looked through my favorite chapters. I LOVE the spiral binding and wish every cookbook I have had this kind of binding. The recipes are easy to read and the photos are great, really making you want to dive right in and make each one. Mine arrived in excellent condition thankfully and as with all my cookbooks, I am careful with page turning-as with some of the other reviews stating the poor paper quality, I respectfully disagree. They certainly could be better, but I would not let that keep me from buying, using and passing this book on to my granddaughters some day. 03-31-10
