Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some Good Recipes My husband and I aren’t on a low carb diet, but I’m always on the lookout for new healthy recipes as we could always use to lose a few pounds. I have found some excellent recipes in here to expand our meal rotation and there are a few that my husband asks for regularly. I think it was well worth the money spent. Only problem is one that I see others have mentioned. A few of the ingredients are hard to find and can be expensive when you do find them. I solved that. I just don’t use that recipe. Overall, I am happy with this book.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far not bad I have made the mac and cheese and the brownies. I didn't think the mac and cheese tasted like mac and cheese but it still tasted good. The brownies were pretty good also. The cookbook is worth getting. I look forward to trying more of the recipes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice collection of recipes This cookbook is truly filled with more recipes that I have dog-eared to try than any other in recent purchases. I have seen more than a few "low carb/keto diet" cookbooks full of weird things I just won't eat, requiring ingredients that are somewhat difficult to find or incredibly expensive if you do. None of that here. Just practical, down to earth, real food that we all want to eat, keto diet or not. This is my first George Stella cookbook, but it won't be my last.

I have been able to enjoy things such as Peanut Butter Fudge and Multi-Grain Crackers and still stay within my daily carb limit. I have all of George Stella's cookbook and this is just another great addition to my library!
