Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to make recipes I really like this cookbook. It is well written and explains different things I have wondered about such as artificial sweeteners and net carbs. Very easy to follow recipes with ingredients you can buy in any grocery store without getting stressed out about. I have to say this is the best cookbook I have gotten from QVC.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from a few new Thanks George for being one of the low carb pioneers. The recipes list the nutrijtional amounts, great photos, easy to make and no weird ingredients. Recommend to someone who is looking for an easy to start low carb and not feel deprived.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Recipe Tried Worth Price Of Whole Book! Low- Carb Brownies!!! Absolutely delicious! Tasted more like devils food cake while warm, then definitely brownies when chilled. It’s the best low carb chocolate anything I’ve tasted. I can’t wait to try the others in the book. Beautiful color photographs, ingredients you can find in a regular grocery store, foods I can see my family eating, directions for both slow cooker and pressure cooker for same recipe on some...well done, George Stella!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from RUN, don't walk, to buy this cookbook! This cookbook does not disappoint! I've never gotten a cookbook that I made a recipe from within 24 hours of purchase until I got this one! Why? Because I never have all the ingredients already on hand. I didn't have to run to the store to purchase a long list of ingredients I might only use once. Everything I needed was already a part of my low carb staples pantry. I work outside the home all week and then come home and work much of the evening. I don't like recipes that have multiple steps and 15 ingredients to them because frankly, I just don't have time. My husband is a T2 diabetic so it's important to me to feed him the right foods and have a treat for him as well. I made the Coconut Macaroon Pie yesterday and WOW...it was DELICIOUS!!! My very picky husband loved it too, which is huge because rarely does he ever love a low carb dessert! It only took me about 10 minutes to get the pie ready to go in the oven. Prepping the pie is so simple! If you are a low carber, this cookbook is a MUST! It is DEFINITELY a game changer! Thank you, George Stella!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth It! George’s newest book has me planning many a recipe for the near future. I love all his books and this one is just as wonderful if not even better! The same fabulous, simple, easy to make and user friendly recipe format with beautiful pictures taken by his son Christian are all here along with clear, colorful categorization. His bio and Low Carb information sections are chock full of valuable inspiration and tips which you’ll appreciate whether you’re a veteran low carber or new to this way of eating. There’s also a Slow Cooker/Pressure Cooker Chapter. For those familiar with George’s recipes, he’s updated his cauliflower mash recipe by simplifying it! Yes! I’m thrilled with this newest addition to my collection and feel that this book is a low carb gem!
