She is honest about the nutritional information, and she offers great tips throughout her books. We find the taste of the recipes to be very good. We don't feel like we have to settle for yuck to eat healthy. Great find! 07-21-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect Addition Just got these books they are a perfect addition to my cookbook collection. So excited to try some of these amazing low calorie recipes on my family. We want to eat good but healthier and I think these recipes will be of a big help and like the fact Marlene is a nutritionist. So far I have tried two of the Marlene recipes and for my family they are winners, did the beef stew and the spinach dip chicken they were both delicious.Thumbs up from my family members. Such a good price on both of these books sold together. Would recommend highly to family members and friends. 02-24-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Eat What You Love is Great I have just one book - Eat What You Love Every Day - and I do love it! I have joined Weight Watchers, so it's nice to see recipes with point conversions. I am not a fan of artificial sweeteners, so I made one recipe (Cinnamon Sugar Donut Muffins) with coconut sugar instead at a 1 to 1 ratio. It worked out great and tasted so good! I'm looking forward to her other cookbook coming out in March. I've pre-ordered it already. 01-21-16
