Rated 5 out of 5 by from Changed My Life This is great. I was going to the chiropractor at least once a month with lower left back pain. This item changed my life. I haven't been to the doctor in several months. I'm not saying I won't at some point but doing this once a week has kept me in good shape. I'm 67 years old and it's so easy and quick if you follow the instructions. I'm so glad I bought this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get two, you will want to share I always have two of these on hand -one for a friend in need. I have given away 6 or 7 of these things. They are a simple solution that works ( if you use it!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A God-Sent I started to feel pain in my hip when walking. At first I thought I needed hip replacement, but then I remembered my chiropractor identified the disc that would probably cause me problems later as it pressed upon my nerve. When my weekly visits to the chiropractor did not alleviate the pain I began to seriously consider the Lo-Bak TRAX I purchased for my husband for my personal issue. I had recently seen the demo for TSV and considered it as a possible solution. Thankfully, the traction helped to alleviate the pain. With such relief, I was able to enjoy walking again. I don't do the exercise as often as I should, but when that familiar pain returns, I'm back on the floor with the TRAX. And recently, I packed it to go on vacation because I didn't want to miss one day of sightseeing with my husband who walks everywhere! It allowed me to truly enjoy myself. I recommend it if your concerns fit those listed in the product description. It was a God-Sent for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expectations Not Met The concept is good but the item is not fully developed for consumption. Item does not live up to the hype.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Created More Problems I received this as a gift. I have not had sever flare-ups with my degenerative disc in 12 years (as I do core work out activities). I decided to do preventive care with this equipment. I did the exercises following the instructional video. It was easy and painless. Unfortunately the next morning I woke with severe pain- my degenerative disc has flared up. Currently I am not able to ride in a car for a long period of time, lay day only in specific ways, only sit in certain positions for minimal amounts of time. Tomorrow I will be calling a chiropractor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Concept. Needs Tweaks I have had terrible back issues for over 25 years. The concept of this device is great. I can feel the lower back stretch but would be better if handles set higher. My arms were almost straight before I pushed and I really needed to put some strength behind pushing to feel stretch. Also the padding could be thicker and the hole area that goes on thighs could be wider. Where the padded area arcs it digs into my legs. Also the video shows other stretches and exercises. Most are pretty uncomfortable when pulling steel bars on back of legs or front of shins. Ouch! Daily use of this traction can held back pain if you can get around the uncomfortable feeling on legs.
