Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Comfortable Shoes At first, I wasn't sure about these. Then I wore them for a walk and in within 15 minutes they felt very comfortable and I have bad feet. It just takes a couple of minutes for them to fully break in and they almost felt like a custom fit! Love them. Bought the black, navy and grey. I am between an 8 and. 8.5 and the 8 was perfect

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable This was my first earth shoe and had high hopes, but I found this shoe to be very uncomfortable. The sole was hard and didn't give, the material was rough so now I have a blister and the size runs wide. I would return but bought as is. I will not buy another earth shoe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never order As Is I do a lot of walking for my job and decided for the price I would buy the as is sneakers. Thinking how bad can they be if it was a return or vendor item. I do know there is no guarantee of what you may get. Shock is an understatement someone obviously did a lot of walking in these shoes. Worn on the bottom and scuffed, I would send them back but for the cost and hassle I will keep them. They do fit and are cute.... I just will never ever order an as is item. It's like rolling the dice and I lost this round.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sneakers I'm on my feet 12 hours straight. These are the only sneakers that provide the support I need

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable Shoe Too heavy! I felt like there was a defect on left shoe for sure. Purchased these to walk dogs in colder, rain weather since waterproof. Shoe laces so cheap, the material is slick so by the time I get back from walk laces untied. I would send back but look worn already from weather. Probably toss these !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly Surprised This is the first buy of this brand of shoe. I was pleasantly surprised. This was actually exactly what I was looking for. The color is great I bought the grey. They are comfy. Great price. Came like a brand new pair. I wear a 9M and the fit was perfect. I'll be ordering more colors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like an old fashioned hiking sneaker... I am 8 1/2 M (on the edge of W) and bought these in the brown.. They're a retro style-- and look like they might have been sitting in a warehouse for a few years, coming from a time before Earth Brands went to China. The shoe fit me with no extra space in the length, but does have a bit of slippage in the heel, as noted by others. By tying the top of the lace tightly, I was able to avoid any excessive rubbing. Although there is a little slippage, it has not been an issue in my four-mile walks. They are heavier and less shock absorbant than newer models. Great for walking on natural earth surfaces that have irregularities. But, I did add gel foam inserts (broken in from another pair of shoes) for shock absorbancy. Love those gel foam inserts. I recommend these but they are not for everybody. These are old-school but solidly made. I;m glad I bought them for my everyday walks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very uncomfortable I guess I'm spoiled from wearing Rykas and Sketchers, but these are the most uncomfortable shoes I have worn in recent memory. There is zero cushioning in the soles, they feel very hard like walking barefoot on a hard floor, zero arch support, and run very narrow, but are strangely long. They are not attractive, sort of rough hiking style. And for some reason beyond anything I can imagine, there is a steep lip at the the back of the shoe ensuring they will rub the skin off your ankle in no time. Unfortunately nothing even remotely similar to the wonderful original Earth shoes of Anna Kalso. Not sure why they're allowed to use the name.
